BOOKING POLICIES
PAYMENTS
A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. We accept Payments by cash, paypal, and the following cards: Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express - a 3% charge.
CANCELLATIONS
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. All Cancellations must be made via email.
CHILDREN
Kids under the age of 8 cannot stay at the Mood Haus
PETS
One dog per room (up to 50 lbs) for an additional fee of $25/night.
KEY FEE
We charge a fee of $30 for lost or unreturned keys.
SMOKING
The Mood Haus is a 100% non-smoking property. A $200 cleaning fee will be billed to your account if smoking occurs in your room.
PHOTO & VIDEO SHOOTS
Video recordings or photo shoots are not permitted unless arranged prior to arrival. This includes engagements, weddings, personal or professional websites, etc.
